夏季房屋转租 Summer apartment sublet

我是OU一年级的学生，因为我在本学期结束以后将要飞回国过四个月的假期，所以想把我现在一室一厅转租出去，价钱定为: 室: 300元一个月，厅: 250 元一个月.
我家是在中国城附近一个不错的公寓楼，买菜去学校都很方便。地址是: 201bell Street North招租的时间从5月1日开始，到8月30日。 房屋水电全包,设备齐全，包括Ikea 的书桌和床，厨房里有餐桌，电冰箱和微波炉，洗碗机也是有的。 可以提供网络，48元一个月。 希望感兴趣的朋友和我联系，谢谢。

I’m a first-year international student in OU. Now, I have an apartment that I want to sublet during summer semester from the very beginning of May to the end of August. My apartment is located very near China Town where is convenient for shopping and going to school. Address is 201 Bell Street North. The description of the apartment is as follow:
All furnished: electricity and hydro included.
Bedroom with Ikea furnitures (bed and table)
Kitchen with fridge, microwaves
Dishwasher provided.
The rent of bedroom is 300 Canadian dollars per month and the living room is 250 dollars a month.
Internet can be provided with 48 dollars a month.
