Questions about US B1/B2 Visa

Hi everybody


Is anybody out there just getting an US B1/B2 Visa recently ?
I am just wondering how to get a long term (5 years) visa.
I have been working for more than 2 years. I am a landing immigrant.
I have checked the website on how to apply a visa. But I am not so
sure about:

"Proof of ties/residence in a country outside of US which have no intentions of adandoning." --- I live in a apartment.
"Evidence which show the purpose of trip" --- tourism


Can anyone give me a little help ? Thanks a lot in advance.
