I am writing from Windsor, Ontario. We are moving to Ottawa and are looking for a house.
Does anybody have a real estate agent to recommend?
I would love to know more about the neighbouroods in Ottawa. Has anybody come across any good articles or surveys?
We are looking for a house in the $300,000 range (we don't want a new house). Because I have a business that I want to have a basement with a separate entrance. Is there any neighbourhood in Ottawa that is considered "good value" meaning it is not the trendist place, but still a good neighbourhood with amenities?
