You are right, if they are others. In fact, I'm others.
But they are not others, they want to be leaders of Ottawa Chinese society, they should take care of such things,and stand up to say some thing, even if they disagree.

我也听说过，不过一直没遇到过
估计也是民间的，感觉怎么有点像《华英雄》。。。。。
