furnace的保险?

所有买了房子的是不是都应该给furnace 还有热水炉买保险呢?

哪家的比较好? 一般是一个月多少钱呢?

Are you talking about the cleaning and maintenance plan? I have not heard furnace/water tank insurance.

My hot water boiler is a rental, so it's under warranty from the company (whoever that company is).
My furnace also has 2 years (or 5??) warranty from the manufacturer. They also offered free cleaning and maintenance for the first year, which we did.

You don't need to buy insurance for the furnace. You may want to hire someone to inspect your furnace once a year and change your furnace filter every three month. Furnace just like your stove - a piece of appliance that has limited life span. A life expectancy of 10-15 years is normal.
