Technically Bell/Sympatico is not bad, but if something happens maybe you have to pay for it.
e.g., few years ago when I moved, Sympatico delayed my service for 5 days later than supposed and no refund; recently I just called two Bell agents for bill payment: though according to the bill they received the payment on Feb 1 (for due date Feb 3), but they charged me late payment fee as they said they physically received it on Feb 11 due to the bank delay. The payment was taken out of my account on Feb 1, I don't know whose fault it is(bank delay or Bell's low efficiency), but I don't think I should pay for it.
