[问题] 在加拿大读完硕士，可能半年后回国，移民申请在buffalo还是在香港递好一些？

of course baffalo, HK can take more than 2 yrs....

I'm worry about applying for US VISA if they ask me for an interview when I'm in China.
But if I go back to China, will Buffalo cancel my process or transfer to China or without any influence?
I heard that HongKong is only in charge 4 southern provinces in China. Applications in other provinces have to be submitted to Beijing.Is that true?

我也遇到了同样的问题，递buffalo会快很多，但就怕到时要求面试时人在国内，不过之前也听朋友说可以在接到面试通知后把面试转到香港或新加坡等好办旅游签证的国家，这样就解决了，不过不确定是否属实，也不确定如果可以转面试地点，会推迟多长时间。很想听听专家的建议。期待中。。。

我们公司资料交北京，而且100％勉面试（符合申请条件的案子，需要6－8个月的办理时间）。所以根本不存在楼上这位朋友说的面试的问题。
