Now the Enbridge price is:
Gas Supply Rate: 31.0561
Gas cost Adjustment -1.2775
Effective Gas Supply rate: 29.7786

In the bill statement from Enbridge, the total charge is:
Customer Charge + Delivery Charge + Gas Supply Charge.

Now I have two questions:
Question one: The "Effective Gas Supply rate" only affect the Gas supply charge. We still have to pay the Customer Charge + Delivery Charge. Is that right?

Question two: For example: if we change to RiteRate, the fixed 5 years is 28.9. Are these two fees (Customer Charge + Delivery Charge ) different from Enbridge's or they are the same?

Q1, Right.

Q2, The rate of RiteRate will only apply to the Gas Supply Charge. The other two fees won't change since it is Enbridge who will deliver the gas to your home.
