[请求] Physical Examinition for the Parents' VISA Extension

I just got my parents' VISA extension this week and they attached the form for physical examination. Does anyone have the experience with this PE? Is is mandantory for their stay for another a few months ?
Where did you go for the PE ? How much does it cost ?
