Anyone can help me to rent a room / bachelor apartment /1 brd apt (under $550/mth), I will invite you for a big lobster dinner!

you are kidding, no one can sign a lease for you. if you are in canada, mabe they can fax you the application. other wise, find a motel at first.

You can try www.minto.com to see if you can find a good one. You can also call them and ask them to fax a lease to you. For 1-bedroom apartment the money is probably not enough.
