我买的是石油，不是直接向公司买的。
现在钱已经回来了，但是有些费用要分几年报税，还没有完。
有几个因素要考虑。
flow-through基金是加拿大税务局把fund的taxable income转给你，
所以风险比较大，封闭期一年多，你没有办法拿回钱。
不同的省，税务规则不同，你要考虑搬家因素，
整个税，要5年才能完。
买的当年，90%左右，可以从你的income中减掉，
第2年减掉剩下的，fund也会有cost, income什么的转给你，
期满后，转入普通基金，(这时有一个captial gian),
在基金里，你可以自己决定什么时候卖，
你可以控制后面的captial gain.
所以主要税务优势是，你的边际税率要很高。
还要考虑行业风险，能源已经快速上涨几年了，大概还有几年。
你要考虑基金的收益状况。
还有公司也可以买，我个人决得不如个人划算。
中文越来越差，连我自己都看不懂了。

2年之后，issue cost (很高)分3年deduct,所以一共5年。
经纪不会告诉你。

还有3年前的石油和现在的石油不是一回事。现在积累的风险已经很高了。
比如黄金不错吧，1吨矿石中，黄金还不到1克。
