I have a serious disease of my breast, is there anyone who knows where I can see the doctor for women in Hull(because I am a resident of Quebec)? Can I see a doctor in Ottawa(I want to see a doctor in Ottawa, because there are some doctors who know chinese)?

It seems that few people here could make an accurate reply to you, and neither could I, but personally, I believe you can use your medical card in any province of Canada, so what I suggest is, you contact any hospital either in Hull or Ottawa, and raise your question to them and hopefully you should be answered correctly.
