you can go to home depot, they have tool, you use it make small hole on the paper.
then they have a liqud, you spry it on the wall, then later, you take the paper.
you can go there and ask sales.

but de but, if you want to save money, just use water.

Use something scratch the wall paper first, I used folk :blowzy:, be careful don't damage the drywall... then apply water, soak for about half hour.
