TD Meloche Monnex to Reimburse Premium Overpayment by Auto Insurance Clients in Ontario
TD Meloche Monnex today announced that it will reimburse some of its Ontario auto insurance clients following a rating error that occurred in 1999 in the calculation of their premiums. An average reimbursement of $68 for the five-year period will be sent to approximately 155,000 clients.

I've never been dealing with a rude, unprofessional company like Monnex,never. A rating error, can you believe that?

you mean very cheap means the customer deserves the bad service?

Actually, their incentives for the first year is good, after a year, they increase your premiums, turns out it is not cheap..

No, being cheap has nothing to do with quality of service. However if the service sucks AND it's expensive, then I would just be twice as mad.
