'妈妈论坛"准备第二次聚会了,日期是母亲节前5月6日 或 7日,但是苦于地点难定,也想看看有哪位 MM 愿意提供活动地点,我们将十分感激.
请大家多发表意见.

Outdoor event

My opinion: isn't Tulip festival beginning from May 3rd? It's a good opportunity to get outside and have some real nice photos taken with all the cute BBs, however, it can be very crowded there! So it's not the best option.

Maybe it'll be nice to wait until June, when it's warm enough, have a summer picnic/BBQ gathering. Bring raw food, cook outside, and also bring little entertainment set, such as freezbies, balls, baloons, where adults and children can play altogether...There's Andrew Haydon Park, which is very ideal for big group gathering.

Thanks,Victoria.It's a good idea.I planed for out at the 2nd gathering,but it's still cool,so I think we'll probably get there during summer time,probably at the 3rd gathering.Let's celebrate the Mother Day first!

That's true, I didn't realize mother's day is coming up, what a great way to celebrate and get together, hehe...perhaps have DimSum instead.

Are you sure Tulip festival beginning from May 3rd? Maybe we'll get there on May 4th,5th or 6th late morning and take some pictures first, then eat out.Who want to attend it?

Why don't you have a BBQ instead. Vincent Massey park have many BBQ stoves and large open green spaces, and it's only a short walk away from Dows Lake.

好啦,论坛第二次聚会现在有两个方案了.

第1方案:"妈妈论坛"第二次聚会和庆祝Mother day,初定May 5,6日任选一天(避开weekend高峰期时段)10点半后赏郁金香和拍照片,然后一起去喝茶什麽的.

第2方案:再到 VeggieMom 家 Potluck.VeggieMom不需要提供任何食物,只是提供的点给我们,而且聚会后我们要帮她清理现场.

想参加任何一个方案的MM ,请跟贴报名就是了.哪个方案人多报名就依哪个方案办了.
