condensation between the two layers of the window?

Is this covered by new home warrenty? It is a 2 and half year new house.
If needs change, how much approximately? thanks in advance.

Between the 2 layers? Hmm, there shouldn't be any air in between the 2 layers of window.
I believe windows have their own warranty, 2 years I think, but contact your builder immediately. Changing windows is extremely expensive, so if it's not just one or two windows, I'd try to resolve this with the builder, complain to the ONHWP if you need to.
