2.Computer related programs are hot with limited admission. But think you might have some advantage to be recruited as a mature student. I recommend that you enclose a cover letter with your updated resume and reference letters in the mail of your supporting documents to university.
3. co-op, a short-form term of "co-operative" only used here, sth similar to "internship". It refers to the short-term work (4-6 months) with pay in the co-operative companies during your study in university to gain the notorious so called "canadian working experience".It might be helpful to future job hunting.
4. Here it's very flexible to be a student, not like the admission in China. And suggest you begin your study ASAP if your financial status allows, becoz of the increasing applicants, or even begin first as a part-time student to otain some credits. You cud apply for loan for future session when you are eligible.
