房子一面是半砖半板的, 可以该吗?

三年新的房子, 有一面下半部是砖, 上半部是siding, 建房的时候没觉得有必要做全砖的, 现在看这面不好看, 如果现在把上边的siding都换成砖, 从理论上讲可以吗? 砖必然比siding重, 从设计上讲, 承重会有问题吗? 另外三年时间砖的颜色会变化很多吗? 有谁补过砖的, 请教一下. 谢谢.

According to what I have heard from the builder,

it is not proper. (almost two years ago, we wanted to buy a house with front siding and considered to switch to the brick front when we have money later, the builder just told us it couldn't, because their structures are a little different.

Therefore, I think your half brick wall will have the same problem.

不喜欢砖房, 不好看, 所有的砖房看上去结构上都差不多. 反而觉得SIDING的房子从外观的角度看比较好看, 多式多样的!
