* 高中毕业以后的国际学生不再需要申请更换study permit，如果他们打算转学/转系.
* 高中级别的国际学生可以获得更长的high-school study permits.

从5月16, 2005开始, 符合条件的国际大学/学院毕业生就业时候可以获得2年的工作签证，已经获得1年的学生的话只能获得1年的签证.

就这些已经存在的敢死队项目而言，校外工作措施将会(天知道会是那天，你们这群凯子们等着吧)被继续退广到各大省份跟地区(当然了，他们不跟CIC签合同，你们这群有钱凯子也享受不到).

以前就讲过MANITOBA的PILOT PROJECTS成功就整个加拿大都这样,但我不知道他讲的是不是以后可以工作2年(除了VANCOUVER,MONTREAL TORONTO)THROUGHOUT CANADA,但是它用的是INITIATIVES,讲的显然是2个,而不只是后面,不过如果要外面工作肯定要办工签和限制,都一字没提到,这事还在观望之中!

pilot project 100%只会开在人烟稀少，需要人力资源的省份跟地区，BC,Ontario,Quebec什么时候需要人了，都人力过剩，失业率高居不下，他们不缺人
搞点研究就知道了，虽然我们得到校外工作可以促进市场产品的demand，不过没用啊，还不如提高学费来的钱快呢，他们不是傻子
