Where to buy dehumifier? How to choose?

I would like to ask some questions about dehumifier:

1. In ottawa, where is the good place to find one with low price?
2. What brand is good but not expensive?
2. My house is about 1,400 square feet, what size should I choose: 15 pin, 20 pin or 25 pin? I will put it in the basement to reduce the moisture.

Check Costco. I bought one from oh I think Walmart (maybe CT), a Chinese brand - Danby, it gets the job done. I don't remember the specs though. I don't believe you can dehumidify your entire house, only one room at a time.
