- rebuilt: after the damage, the vehicle was repaired and re-inspected by certified garage and was given this title upon passing the inspecion.
note: a vehicle can go from salvage to rebuilt, but can never go better than that, such as "none", it'll be marked forever to protect consumers at the time of purchase
