Flu vaccine is safe even for pregnant women, but it is not the season for flu yet. Pregancy need a little bit planing, but as long as you are healthy, i don't see any help comes up with the vaccinations to prevent illness in pregnancy.

If you plan to do flu shots, it is also recommended to take vaccination at 2nd or 3rd trimester.
