不知道你从哪儿得来的信息。问过本地人， 保险费差别没你说的那么大。魁省的牌照每年是要收费的，好几百。

The problem is this: when you have a car accident, the insurance company will try to find excuse no to cover you first, and if they find out you lied to them, it comes handy for them to deny your claim. Also you would need a valid driver's licence and licence plate on the car from Quebec. To get both, you need to have a legal residence there at least at one point. Unless you are really desperate, I would not risk it.

Unless you are really desperate, I would not risk it.

我的朋友一年加4个月的牌照费是784元。保险费是800元。04年3月的G2。04年9月买的96年11万5千公里的车。中年妇女，无工作。每月300公里。这种情况在渥太华会是多少保险费？谢谢！

鬼佬住Ottawa，但他、她的父母、亲戚可能就分布驻扎在大河两岸，一但出了保险事故，人家说得有凭有据。中国人比不了，你有直系亲属替你出面证明吗。
我们邻居还有人用Ottawa的车牌呢，虽然他人住在Hull，这种人在中国人看来简直脑子有毛病。
