给父母的邀请函不是这么写的.应是以父母为读者来写,也就是正规的英文家信。不是对移民官写、解释或保证什么,移民官会自己判断.你这么写,一是相当于没有提供给父母的邀请信,二是保证信反而使得移民官有所怀疑.
大体内容应该为:亲爱的爸爸妈妈,我将于何时于UO某专业毕业. 这是一个有纪念意义的时刻,我希望与您们共享.如果有旅游计划,则夸赞一下这边夏天景色如何好,自己在外求学多年,希望借此机会陪父母在加拿大旅游一下,可以列举一两个旅游地点.说明邀请他们来的具体时间段,比方说是6月一个月或是6、7两个月(要在他们的准假期内；另外时间段要与他们存款数相匹配,除了往返机票、旅行费用外,能够保证一人一月1000加币).同时在信中要告知父母此次费用需要他们全部自理.最后再问候一下，再次强调盼望他们能够参加自己的毕业典礼，全家共享。措辞要亲切，同时把关键的几点说清楚：（1）为什么（2）邀请时间段（3）资金谁负担。不用写父母的姓名、生日，那些都在你递交的申请表和你父母的护照上有的。
另外，你查一下文件LIST，是不是应该开一份迄今为止的成绩单？是否需要你的护照公证件？你住处的MEMBER LIST？还有，你没提申请表，应该是有一套申请表分父母一人一套要中英文填好的，可从网上DOWNLOAD。注意：在哪个大使馆签（比方说北京），就从哪个具体网页DOWNLOAD表格，并按照相应的资料要求提供材料，不同地区的大使馆对材料要求有所不同，自己对照CHECK LIST查好了。你父母那边的材料应该没什么大问题了，如果是中英文对照件的话。
再签一个月左右吧。

problems with your application:
1) your whole family are applying
2) you need to indicate where you will be going after graduation (in Canada or back to China); whatevere the situation, you need to convince the visa officer
3) it would be helpful if your parents were still employed
4) after all, this immigration intent is an excuse, but you need to address this point if you apply next time. It is hard!

我的邀请信，保持了我的一贯认熊(song)的风格，写得比较罗索，同时也比较个人化。当然我觉得如果其他条件都非常符合的情况下，一句话的邀请信应该也可以。所以还是应该先评估自己的个人情况，然后通过提供额外的材料进行修补；或者个人情况比较或者非常良好，完全按照使馆要求准备也行。一个没有边界条件的题解是没有任何意义的。

Of course, as my parents mentioned to me many times, we will take this opportunity to show our respects to Dr. Norman Bethune’s former residence in Gravenhurst, Ontario, who is best known in China for his work as a field surgeon with the Eight Route Army from 1937-1939.

I, even before the official graduation in xxx 2005, have already started working as a xxx, Ontario for xxx since xxx 2005 in charge of the company’s business development in Ontario. As a result, we are in a solid financial situation to support my parent’s one and half month visit. However, my parents will, as they proposed, be responsible for all their local expenses including food, housing, travelling within Canada, medical insurance, and their round trip tickets by themselves. They will stay with us at the above address.
