Could anybody tell me how can I get the best exchange rate between US dollars and Candian dollars?

The best legal way to exchange is in Accu-rate.
The best way to do is exchange in a larger sum of money, like 30000US or eqv CAD

They will give you a dealer rate, better than posted rate
