1. Study the city's fence bylaw. As far as I could remember (but don't quote me on this), your fence must be installed 6 ft away from the curb, and no higher than 2.1m. If you live in a condo townhome, you need to clear that with your condo management first.
2. Do a search in this forum, we've discussed this many times. You'd need to rake the lawn, aerate it, patch the damaged area, apply fertilizer (I highly recommend Scotts Turf Builder), then sprinkle lot of water.
3. You want weed on your lawn? Costco used to sell wild flower seeds in a plastic jar, but that's normally used in rock garden, never on the lawn.
