Essential Functions: This is a CSR/TSR entry level position. The position involves mainly end-user computer support/installations with some help desk support work as well. The incumbent will provide end-user support/installations to customers seeking assistance and problem resolution around all aspects of PC hardware/software. Typically someone with less than one year full time experience would fill this role.
Essential Knowledge: 1. Sound knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT/2000
2. Experience and understanding of basic LAN technology in a client-server environment.
3. Ability to support a broad variety of PC and related software/hardware technology (eg. MS Office, Lotus Notes etc)
Essential Education: Graduate of a computer program in College or University
Essential Skills: 1. Possess demonstrated problem solving skills and able to provide creative solutions to problems as appropriate.
2. Utilize effective time management skills and demonstrate self-management skills.
3. Ability to provide remote problem resolution using remote communication tools.
4. Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to deal with customers.
