Right now, the same model in Minto is starting from 280000. In addition, when I bought my house, I also paid extra 5000 for my location (close to community park, on a quiet crescent, don't face to the townhouse).

So if you want to get the same one as mine from Minto now, the price is about 285000 with nothing inside.

From the picture, It looks you didn't do any upgrade. Do you think you charge others another $4000 reasonable? If I were the buyer, I'll prefer buy a new house, unless you offer a competiable price as minto new home. I think your price is a little bit high in the market.

Grape Vine is very important in selling your house.

In addition, you also need some signs, which I bought from Canadiantire. Put them on some important intersections in your community to indicate that your house is for sell, becasue some potential house buyers will look around the community by themselves.
