Urgent! 请教高人caliper问题

我有一辆Accord EXR, 慢速开车踩脚刹时，会听到轻微的“卡、卡”声音。找修车师傅检查，说是车左后轮的caliper在刹车时抱紧disc后，不能完全松开、复位。He said caliper can not be adjusted and I have to replace that. But my dealer said that is not a big deal because the caliper is self-adjustment. What I found is after long drive, the left-rear tire and disc are hoter than other wheels.

This issue is too technical for me. Could somebody tell me if this is a serious problem to my car? And between the mechanic and the dealer, who is right and who is wrong? I need all your advice for me to take next step action.

For what you suggested, is it a complicated work to do or just easy job? how much will I have to pay for it?
If I want to send my car to have it fixed, could you recommend a garage? Can Midas do this work? and how long will it take to do?

我已修好draging brake 问题。大概用2小时，dealer paid for that but mechnanic said that would charge $50. 发现原因是两个弹簧(used to push and pull the brake pad by piston)的其中一个被锈死不能活动。把它拆下去掉锈后，问题就解决了。

一抹黑大哥，can I ask you one more question?

I just did the Krown rust protection with $100, very expensive. But people told me Krown is the best in rust protection. Do you think so? They also told me I need to do rust protection every year, also, do you think it is necessary?
