前几天去看了johnnie walker 北京站的比赛.看到了GOOSEN,DONALD等众多球星.最开心的是看到了ELS.遗憾的是没有和他们留个影...
回来后马上买了一张晨练卡,开始狂练.

I played at Moulins last week. The course looks pretty good now. My score was 92 with 4 pars. I'm satisfied with the result while at the beginning of the year.

Rockie, do you still remember my fairway woods. The distance is still my weakness. How long would you hit with my 3 wood? Mine can only reach 180. Is there any problem?

老冒:我现在还在北京.OTTAWA有许多高手,像FRANK,ATLANTICS,ZHANG等等(据我所知).找他们开练,会大有好处.
ATLANTICS:今年的开局真的很好,记得每年开局时我们都要慢慢进入状态.关于你的FAIRWAY WOODS,我也记不清能打多远了.差不多一样远.
ION1ITCHING SHOT实际是MINI SWING,只是注意1.SWING时主要靠肩膀的转动,胳膊及手发力以控制力量和方向,而不太用腰部转动的力量.2.在FOLLOW THROUGH完成后,手的位置不用太高,在腰部和肩部之间即可.希望对你有点帮助.
