Project Manager/Leader (2 Positions)
Description:
Lead and develop real-time video codec algorithms for H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC, thrive on squeezing the most performance out of DSP processors. You must have deep knowledge and experience for video compression in DSP environment. Hardware knowledge and embedded programming is a must. The candidate should be able to setup and lead the team, and provide technical guideline. Experience of product development from start to finish is a must.
Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in Computer science /electrical engineering with min. 5 + years experience of video codec development
- Experience in DSP programming and real-time embedded systems
- Proficiency in C/ Assembly language (TI C6000 or StarCore preferred)
- Extensive experience with video compression/decompression
- Self-started and responsible, and team player and leader
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
Algorithm Developer (15 Positions)
Description:
Develop real-time video codec algorithms for H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC. You must have deep knowledge and experience in the field of image processing and video compression, especially pre-processing and post-processing. Hardware knowledge and embedded programming is must. The candidate should be creative, self-motivated with solid math background in image processing.
Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in computer science /electrical engineering with at less 2+ year experience
- Experience in image processing algorithm development
- Real-time embedded software
- Proficiency in C/ Assembly language (TI C6000 or StarCore is a plus)
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
System Engineer (2 Positions)
Description:
Set up and maintain network system environment, software configuration management with CVS, networking system and web site administration. The candidate should have experience of managing and administrating multi-sites corporate internal network, including VPN, PC Anywhere , etc. Experience with both Windows and Linux is a must.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer science with 2+ year experience
- Experience of managing the corporate network, VPN, and VoIP
- Familiarity with various system/ source code control tools
- Strong experience with scripting (Perl, shell) and make file
- C/C++ programming experience is a big plus
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
