Isn't the auto insurance premium supposed to decrease by 10% this year? Mine is already down by 10% when I renewed it last month. Maybe your insurance company decided not to decrease your premium because of the 3 pts.

In general, speeding ticket does not affect your insurance premium unless you got three or more tickets or speeding for more than 50 KMs. Insurance company want to know the info but it does not affect the insurance premium itself.
