I don't know if the dogs are neutered/spayed or not, even if they are they still can have boyfriend/girlfriend and play together as a couple. I also don't know if the poster's intent was to get the female dog to breed. If it is, I sincerely ask you to get both your dogs checked to see if they are healthy enough to have puppies. Check against pyometra, which is a very dangerous disease among un-sterilized dogs and can kill the female dog once being in heat or pregnant. Luxating Patellas, Collapsed Trachea, and Hypothyroidism should be checked. The size of the female dog should be considered as well, if she is "big" enough to give birth to puppies (toy breeds are known to be hard to give birth, we had a litter of Pekingese that died with the Mother at our clinic before :-( ).

Diego will be neutered for sure as soon as he turns 6 months old.

Scientific data proved that spay/neuter improves pet's general health and life span. If you don't agree, then let's have an educated debate, I'm all for that. If you are here for personal attacks I'd suggest you to simply GROW UP!
