Anybody has experience on dealing with Tarion (Formerly Ontario New Home Warranty Program)?
I recentky found a problem with the house. After getting my claim, Tarion said they'd send a representative to check the problem. My question is: how could they ensure the independency of the inspection? After all, if the problem is covered by the warranty, Tarion has to pay for the fix.
