heard about this before: when your parents finish their stay in Canada, they will have to pick up a form just before they board the plane and fill in the form... there are only some limited items they can claim to get taxes returned, and they will have to show the receipts too.

again, I have nerve had this experience myself and you'd better make sure this is how it is done now.

只能退ＧＳＴ，而且不是买什么都退税的，到税收部的网站看看就知道了。简单说，规定访问者可以退税的物品，你必须带出境，方可退税，而且退税的支票是邮寄到中国的地址。

可是怎么退呢？就用买东西的收据就能退？是不是买的时候要出示护照呢？

买东西的时候，不须出示任何证件。搞清楚哪些物品可以退税，保留收据；离境前到海关填单，经核准后就可以了。
