1, 委托书寄养中国原因写什么? 时间写几年呢?

2, 是不是婴儿父母先要手写一张委托书(中文?英文?),再找当地律师或公证处半公证,再去大使馆?

3,对低收入家庭,哪里找能提供免费服务的律师或公证处?
