Thank you all! But I tried ICQ a couple of times, it always says "error occurs, the message cannot be sent." Did anyone successfully send any SMS to friends back in China via ICQ? What is the trick? Thanks!

you have to use latest version ICQ, and add mobile phone number into personal details, then you will see send SMS menu
