我家刚装的电话, 结果由于粉刷墙, 结果把电话口弄得不能用了, 我给BELL打了电话, 他们说最精在罢工短时间能不能来修, 而且价格也贵得离谱. 所以我想在这里发贴求助, 希望那位高手能给予帮助. 谢谢.

Find a jack that works and see how they do the wiring...check the one that doesnot work, do the same wiring...that's it.

Just use a knife clean the paint off.
Or buy another one and reconnect the wire the same way as before.
If you are in a new house, only two wires are used. If you are in a old house, there could be four wires. Most likely you only need to use the red and and green wires.

Not that complicated. It has nothing to do with 接线盒(在BASEMENT或车库).

1。是粉刷堵住了口，先式试酒精汽油之类能不能擦干净，不就是两个小卡簧吗，槽可以用针剃干警
2。接线合有螺丝，拆下来，买个一样的新的接上那两个线，可以试式，电不着，接好后，扣盖子，拧螺丝
非常简单，bell贵是因为需要跑一趟。
