Govt prefers Canadian Citizens

They will only hire Visa student if you are a top top student. One of my friends who is working for Candian Pension department who happens to be a Visa student. She gets paid 50k per annum. She graduated from U Waterloo Actuarial Science averaging scores 90% +. Top 5 student of all math faculty.
