Help - Can I return the car?

I just bought a new car yesterday, but feels regret today. Can I cancel the deal? I heard something about "right of recision". Is there such a by-law in Ontario?

Depending on the dealer's policy. If they accepts returning vehicle within certain amount of time, then you can definately return it. Otherwise, you have to discuss with the sales

Sir, if you do not know about the new car purchase policy, please check it first, you gave the wrong info to the public. Once you sign the purchase agreement and pick up the car, that car is under your name, when you want to retune it, if the dealer take back, have to sale it as a used car.Do you think you can retune without any cost?

As soon as the car is registered under your name, it is a used car. You wanna return it, $3,000-6,000 deductions will be applied.
