Thought about starting this thread a while back. After dinner is one of the few available time slots to take some photos. A lot to shoot in Bridlewood area as there are still large area of reserved woods. These are taken today.

1.

4. tight crop from a landscape shot

5. Most of the shots are done at ISO800. With DB, I start to use a lot of ISO 800 and very pleased with the results.

6. last one -- eye level shoot of the gosling. (cheat a little, this is not at Bridlewood).

like 6

looks delicious

Like the fluffy tail in #1, sad eyes and wet nose in #4, as well as the tiny growing horn in #5. Damn why I could not find even one white-tailed deer in Beijing Zoo?

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, apple. Good observation. Where do you see sadness. All I see is joy as they are having their dinner and also got to watch a stranger with a long pipe pointing at them. :D

No white tail deer but you get to see Giraffe -- my son's favarite at the time.

Look at the shining eyes. Some other herbivore with big eyes like horse and cattle also give me the feeling of sadness. Just can not distinguish between the mild and glittering eyeball and the tear. :D

#2 is my favorite in this batch! You have done a great job as always!

第三张肖像不错, 你不说, 还以为模特为你摆pose呢!

That's not sadness. That's what we used to describe pretty girls "水汪汪的大眼睛". :D
