Call Rogers, they have phone number on Yellow page. BASIC is around ~$21, plus tax, from channel 2 to 28. The installation is $55.00.

They used to have promotion in Bayshore, gave free installation + two months free. I don't know if they still have there.

In July, I called Rogers and asked them if I could get free installation for the BASIC CABLE. They answered with "no".
I told them I would like to wait for their promotion. Than, they
agreed giving me free installation plus a half price of the Basic cable for two monthes.

They need you, the customer badly.
