My AC was installed by Mike...
I've never called for service, so I don't know how they cope with the waranty stuff, that's always a nasty stuff I guess...but for the instllation part, their work is OK and they came on time...Mike's assistant, Lam who can speak a bit Mardrian, is pretty good...

I had Mike installed just right on time last weekend. Just like 小傻 said they are professionals. You have no price negotiate space with him at least in my case. A little bit noisy(NAC model) but who cares (probably my neighbours will) since I put it on my side wall and far away from my bedroom and I am safe.
