Help!!! Where and Who to get National Park's Yearly Pass?

Hi, I am planing to those Maritime Provinces. Who can tell me how and where to get the NATIONAL PARK's yearly PASS?

I reviewed some old posting and found the following information. But no detailed information for get it. Any one can give me a hand? Some posting said around $30, some posting mentioned it around $90. Confused ...

进公园都要门票的，不过我们有团友正好有一年的进入NATIONAL PARK的PASS，据说大概30多快，挂在车上，管一车人，因为东部旅游都是NATIONAL PARK，所以我们一路没花过公园门票，省了很多钱。公园里到处都是景色，就是看自己是否能看的出
