One more question:
I am international student, and I will finish my study in July this year and go back China. I was wondering what should I do with the T4 slip from my bank. Since I won`t do my tax return anymore in the future, and I change my bank account address to a friend of mine.
I believe my friend will receive my T4 slip in Feb. 2006 and my interest will be around 190CAD, can I do nothind about the T4 slip? Is that ok and legal?

你要是回国了，还留银行帐户做什么呢？如果你两年不动你的帐户就会进入DORMANT状态，可能会有不必要的费用发生。如果你将来不打算回加拿大，建议你把帐户关掉。如果你待满了183天，保留着银行帐户什么的，起码要把在加拿大当地的收入进行报税。不过如果你只有利息收入，190元，你不需要什么税。
