I perfer Weber Q. But Fiesta are also good. You can get them in Home depot.Don't get very cheap one they will not last.

British Thermal Unit, which is the amount of heat required to change the temprature of 1 lb. water by 1 degree (F). 1 BTU = 0.252 kCal.
