据我所知，地下室的地上有裂缝比较正常，但不知道墙上有裂缝是否常见，是否很严重。

It's normal too, although not a very good thing. My agent told me that 50% of old houses (more than 10 years old) have cracks on walls.

It's fixable. Ask the seller to fix it, or you can get some quote from a basement specialiast. Small cracks can be fixed for $200, while serious ones can cost up to $4000 to fix.

When you want to sell the house, your potential buyer would ask the same question. There are so many choices right now. Away from the ones with 裂缝
