请教各位: 地下室墙上的裂缝

刚看上一个house，但发现地下室的地上和墙上有裂缝。

据我所知，地下室的地上有裂缝比较正常，但不知道墙上有裂缝是否常见，是否很严重。

墙上有裂缝说明地基有下沉,关键看是否房子还在继续下沉,最好找专业的INSPECTOR看看.
以前看过一个房子,在CENTREPOINT 东面,那一带普遍下沉,政府还给过他们钱作为补偿.
看看地板和房顶的机角,有没有弯曲.

Crack on cement floor and wall in the basement is not something to be proud of.
But keep in mind, the builder may try to choose ignoring if the crack is not as serious as stated in the document. (I believe it has to be bigger than 1 cm. But do not quote what I said, I can be wrong, check the Ontario home warranty program doc)

If the crack is not big enough to be acknowledged by the builder, and you still want them to be fixed, then you need to demonstrate your "public relation" communication skill. (negotiate with the builder).
