Lawyers are supposed to take care these but my lawyers did not; his asistance informed hat they will send fax to notify Ottawa hydro, Enbridge (gas), and city of Ottawa (water) for my subscribe. When I heard sending fax, I immediatedly feel there is going to be problem, not to my surprise, nothing was in our name. I ended up calling all three suppliers and open an account myself. After this crappy lawyer experience, i will not recommed him to anyone at all. BTW, this is only one of the dissatifactions with this lawyer. The only good thing about him is he charge cheap service fee. I would record all the meter's reading at once after you move in. Hydro and gas meter are outside of the house. Water meter are located in the basement
