你打1-877-328-8833这个电话，是一间叫WORLD-LINK的长途电话公司，打中国11分，手机的话就是13分，效果不错。每月有寄清单给你。
你打电话过去就可以了，然后他回问你你的电话。然后可能要信用卡，或者是银行帐户。然后等5个BUSINESS DAYS 就可以用了。
有国语服务。

我用世界通，间接拨号到中国9分，1AM - 1PM 4.5分，北美5分，一般情况下效果还不错。

World link now gave me 0.09/minute to China (direct call). Because there is another company gave me $0.089/m to Beijing, and $0.099/m to mainland China(except Beijing). In order to lure me back, World link give me a lower rate.
If you interested in the company I mentioned before, let me know. I probably can find the phone number. I guess you already know the phone number of World link.

You don't have to provide your credit card information, the bill will be sent to you by mail on monthly basis, and you just pay it through you bank account by mail, online, or telephone banking.

I don't think they will give you $0.09/m automatically, you need either indicate that you heard someone got this price or threaten them that you are going to transfer out if they don't lower your price. I'll try to find the name and phone number of the company I mentioned this weekend and posted.
For credit card payment, I don't think they could overcharge you. If there is, you can always call your credit company and refuse the payment. However, if you are not confident to give them your credit card number, you could do it online anyway.

这个东西是这样的，有写电话公司为了拉顾客，你要是说别的什么给我9分的话，他们也会说，他们也给你9分什么什么的。就是这样了。但是有的事情你要知道，现在很多电话公司都有新旧两个线路，如果说他们因为你要便宜的就把你的号给放到旧的线路里了，那么我想还不如贵两分钱，是吧。
WORLD LINK就是我说的那间了。
另外，我建议你最好不要用温哥华的公司，我用过，不是很好。另外如果你怕麻烦的话，千万不要用间接拨号的方式。虽然便宜一点。但是每次电话非常麻烦。如果遇到着急的事情，那就惨了。。。 。。。

间接拨号90%以上效果还不错，偶尔难拨通就使直拨，13，14 CENT/MIN，且我经常看完电视1AM以后打，另外每月30MIN北美免费电话，所以总体来说还是较便宜。
